- Differences from other gliders: Unlike other gliders on the market, this set features upgraded clips on the Smith machine sliders that secure the barbell more effectively, reducing wear and tear. Additionally, the included short bar is constructed from sturdier material with a surface featuring a higher friction coefficient, enhancing stability.
- 2 Sliders with 2 Short Bars: The sliders are for mounting to a strength cage for use, the sliders are adjustable with 4 stepped bolt holes, the 4 positions are suitable for 2x2inch/ 2.37x2.37inch/3x3inch/ 75x75m square strength training frames, and each slider comes with a 50mm diameter bar for mounting a 2” weight plate, the short bar has a maximum load of 175 lbs.
- Can Also Be Used To Mount Olympic Barbells: You can loosen the gold-plated rods of the two barbells on the gliders and mount Olympic barbells (50mm) to the gliders for more strength training exercises such as Smith squats, up and down bench presses and more.
- Cable Crossover Exercise: The multi-functional accessory kit also allows you to perform cable crossover exercises. You can hang the pulley to the highest position of the power rack with the included snap hook, and use the wire rope to connect the bird handle through this pulley at one end, and the other end is connected to the slider with the counterweight plate through the snap hook to perform cable crossover exercises.
- Professional Components, Safe Enough: The internal width of the included Smith hooks is 85mm, which is suitable for all J-hooks on the market, you can hook this pair of Smith hooks to the J-hooks to hang from the power cage when you finish your training with the Smiths attachments and the package includes 2 hanging pins for placing the glider to the designated height of the power rack.
