You can now crack eggs effortlessly and cleanly without any mess. To use, simply place the egg topper dome on top of the egg. Pull up on the spring mechanism with one hand, while holding the dome against the egg with the other (avoid pushing down too hard onto the egg).
Release the spring knob, and the sharp edge on the inside of the dome will score the eggshell. Give it a slight rock and pull it off at an angle. If the shell doesn't come off, gently remove it with your fingers or a knife.
