The CucinaPro 135-03 Pierogi Tray is a simple but effective device to make pierogis. It is made of formed aluminum for the base and polystyrene for the press former which makes it very sturdy and durable. The pierogi is about 4 inches each, and you get 2 pierogis per round circle, 6 per tray. It makes pierogi making much easier and they are very uniform in shape, which makes for even cooking. Just dust with flour when laying out the dough and it is ready to use. However, it is not recommended to put it in the dishwasher as it comes in contact with the aluminum, which can cause a black residue to develop on the tray. It is not coated in any non-stick coating, but it appears to be cast aluminum.
