Is this mount made of metal?
répondre: Some parts are metal but the ball socket assembly is plastic which is a key component and should have been metal. -

Has anyone dealt with sway? Camera sways anytime the wind blows, I am trying to figure out a way to reduce it. The camera is within the weight limit.
répondre: It will move a little. I bought the plastic houses for them and that helps stabilize it. -

How does this work? I didn't get any instructions and it doesn't seem to work.
répondre: Back the thumb screw out and fit on lip of gutter. Then tighten screws. Install camera and adjust. -

Can the ball socket assembly be unscrewed and moved to the top for bottom mount cameras?
répondre: The instructions say that this is possible however my screws are too tight to be loosened so I'm at an impasse. -

Screws too tight to switch the up and down direction, help!
répondre: You may need additional tools or try applying some lubricant to loosen the screws.
