This product is a natural and potent alternative to other mainstream ginger syrups, providing a high-quality and authentic flavor with each serving. The syrup is made using ginger juice, cane sugar, water, gum arabic, citric acid, and benzoic acid. It has a total of 11g of sugar per serving. The company advises customers to store the syrup in a cool, dark area after opening. Customers can refrigerate it if need be. The syrup is great for making cocktails and mocktails, as well as for adding flavor to kombuchas and carbonated water. The ginger taste in the syrup is very strong, and a little bit goes a long way. Some customers got disappointed as they were expecting a stronger ginger flavor, but others liked its full-mouth ginger flavor and warmth. One customer had used the product to marinate steaks. Another essential thing to note is that the syrup has turmeric in it, which earned criticisms from some customers.
