Although it’s a cool mist humidifier, it’s evaporative and doesn't have ultrasonic capability. It’s suitable for rooms up to 325 sq. ft. and has a 5-level fan speed control. It’s also easy to fill and maintain, and has a separate electronics compartment for the reservoir for easy cleaning. The downside of this machine is that it is pricey when you are using hard water and the expensive filters clog easily. The output of moisture may not be powerful enough to humidify large rooms.
