The XMark XM-7620 is a sturdy squat/bench rack with a weight capacity of 1000 lbs. It is Constructed with 11-gauge steel and does not need to be bolted to the floor. It has 23 safety arm positions measuring 1.5" and 3", with upper holes 3 inches apart and lower holes 1.5 inches apart. It is suitable for bench pressing and shrugs and it remains very stable even when performing heavy shrugs off the safety bats. The product is easy to assemble and has all the necessary tools. Moreover, it comes with j-hooks that can be adjusted easily, and the rubber pads on the j-hooks and safety holders protect both the metal bar and the product from scratches. The hole spacings are nicely placed. However, the product was delivered with very thin bubble wrap, which resulted in scratches and gouges on the product. Some users also reported the highest setting being too low for very tall people.
