The item needs to be rebuilt frequently because the cylinder walls wear out beyond repair which affects the air output. It is expensive compared to the smaller Medo 80 and doesn’t put out much more air than the 80. Nevertheless, the pump is an excellent option compared to diaphragm pumps and other brands in the market. **
