The Guide Gear Universal Winch Mount is a durable and versatile mount for electric winches up to 3500lbs. It is made up of 6 1/4" deep by 5 3/4" wide solid steel plate with a female bracket that fits into a 2” receiver hitch. The item comes with center mounting holes that are 3 inches apart along with elongated fairlead mounting holes providing approx. 4.5" to 5" mounting distance between bolts. Customers have used this mount for ATV, UTV, truck, and even rear of SXS for extra situations. It fits different bolt patterns for both winch and fairlead making it easier for users to customize as per their needs. It is well-built, and the craftsmanship is impressive. Some customers had to enlarge the mounting holes or drill additional holes to fit their winch, but it caused no problems in aligning the mount with the holes in their winch baseplate. A few customers mentioned the plate being bent quickly while using a 2000lb winch, but most customers did not have this issue. Overall, customers recommend this winch mount as it is built with good quality and comes at a good price.
