Preciva Carpentry Squares escuadra carpintero Editorial Review
**** The Preciva Combination Square has garnered a solid reputation among users, particularly for carpentry and woodworking tasks. Customers appreciate its robust build quality and accurate measurements for 90 and 45-degree angles, making it a reliable tool for various cutting and marking applications. Many have highlighted the square's sturdy aluminum Construction and the thoughtful design features, such as the integrated pencil holes and a fold-out support blade that acts as a third hand, which adds convenience when marking awkward spaces. However, there are some minor concerns that customers have raised. A few users reported slight lateral play in the ruler when locked, though they noted that it does not affect the overall accuracy. Some found the locking mechanism initially tricky, requiring just the right amount of pressure to avoid over-tightening. Notably, the spirit level, often a weak point in many combination squares, has received positive feedback for its durability, presumably due to its plastic Construction, which may withstand rough usage better than glass levels. Overall, the Preciva Combination Square seems to strike a balance between quality and value, making it a worthy addition to the toolkit of both casual users and more serious woodworkers. Although there are some minor caveats, the tool’s advantages far outweigh them, making it a recommended choice for those looking for a dependable marking gauge. **
