The bars have a diameter of 1 1/8" and a load capacity of 165lbs when distributed evenly. To determine the correct size, measure the roof of the car to figure out the length you need. The bars are easy to install, but you will need four towers to fasten the rods, and additional hardware might be required depending on the type of car you own. End caps are not included with the product, but these can be purchased separately. Customers generally loved the product, calling it a classic, stylish, and dependable choice. Delivery was prompt, and the seller and product are outstanding. However, one customer had difficulty attaching the kayak saddles and chose to buy flat crossbars instead, which were more expensive.
